CRG Defense announced today the full integration of its standalone brands AgilePower and Lectratek into the company’s Power Division, aligning advanced mobile energy and electric propulsion technologies under a unified mission to support U.S. national security, aerospace, and defense innovation.

AgilePower has earned recognition for its mobile power solutions, particularly the development of safe, lightweight battery packs and power electronics that leverage cutting-edge lithium-ion and lithium metal chemistries. With an emphasis on adaptable and efficient power delivery in mobile environments, AgilePower technologies will continue to play a critical role in field-deployable energy systems.
Lectratek was originally established to meet the growing demands of the electric aviation (eAviation) market, offering U.S.-made electric propulsion components, subsystems, and engineering services. Its technologies are designed to simplify aircraft integration, reduce noise, optimize payload, and extend range—addressing some of the most pressing technical challenges in advanced air mobility.
“By bringing AgilePower and Lectratek fully into the CRG Defense Power Division, we are consolidating our expertise in energy storage, power electronics, and electric propulsion into a single, focused unit,” said Pat Hood, CEO and founder of CRG Defense. “This strategic alignment strengthens our ability to deliver integrated, scalable solutions for warfighters, aerospace innovators, and national security partners.”
Both AgilePower and Lectratek technologies will continue to advance within CRG Defense’s agile innovation ecosystem, supported by interdisciplinary teams and a proven track record of transitioning high-impact technologies from concept to deployment.
